Are you passionate about fashion, skilled in management, and savvy with social media? We are seeking a dedicated Social Media Manager to lead our boutique's social media in Lake County Illinois. As the Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our social media, creating a content calendar and managing staff with social media posts along with branding content.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok.
• Manage social media accounts by posting regularly and interacting with followers.
• Manage staff postings and basic social media training for staff
• Create branding content
• Create a monthly content calendar

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in social media management or a related role is preferred.
• Background in working at a boutique is a strong advantage.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely while also being available on-site as needed,
• Attention to details
• Flexibility
• Proficiency in all social media platforms, content creation and account management
• Proficiency in Adobe programs a plus.
